Free Croydon Classes

Funded by Arts Council England

Bollyfemme is the most popular and sold out Bollywood class in London and we are proud to announce our partnership with the Arts Council & the London School of Bollywood to launch our female empowerment dance classes in Croydon

As a leading authority on Bollywood performing arts, a practicing GP, a mother and an accomplished dancer & instructor, Leena is dedicated to empowering her community through dance built on a foundation of equality values.

These classes begin with inspirational talks, followed by technical dance training to popular Bollywood songs and closes the sessions with an empowerment exercise for the week. Our mission is to build confidence, self-esteem and discipline within a fun learning environment.

This is a completely free 6 week course taking place on Wednesdays beginning from March 23rd - May 11th with an easter break halfway into the course.

At the end of week 6 we will host a showcase on 15th May with free admission for friends and family of the students and key members of the community. The evening will have performances from students as well as the Bollyfemme professional team, spoken word poets and notable female leaders from the community.
